M&E Surveyor

250 p/day (negotiable)

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable M&E Asset Surveyor with a proven track record in mechanical and electrical services within new build blocks of flats constructed over the past 5 years.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Conducting comprehensive M&E data collection and condition surveys of mechanical and electrical assets across multiple sites.
* Reviewing and assessing the servicing and maintenance protocols for all plant and equipment.
* Providing day-to-day support to the compliance team and asset team to address ongoing issues as they arise.
* Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the effective management and maintenance of M&E systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform detailed inspections and surveys of mechanical and electrical assets.
* Document and report findings, including recommendations for improvements and maintenance.
* Work closely with the compliance and asset teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
* Maintain accurate records of all inspections, surveys, and maintenance activities.
* Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an M&E Asset Surveyor, particularly in new build residential projects.
* In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and their maintenance.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field.
