Quotations Specialist - IT or Software or Control Engineering Opportunity, Cambridge:
- Prepare accurate, detailed technical quotations for customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand project requirements
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
- Assist in responding to customer technical queries
- Support sales negotiations with technical input
- Manage quotation processes using CRM systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
Profile
- Recent qualification in Computer Science, IT, Software, Control Engineering or related field (or comparable experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand complex technical specifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Very good academics, ideally past a degree in past two years (or comparable experience).
Job Offer
Salary of circa £30,000 to £40,000 dependant upon experience, plus a really opportunity to grow and develop your career quickly.
