The successful Technical Sales Engineer will work on-site in the Cambridge office, in-order to generate leads, identify customers and support the pre-sales process for the EU.As the successful Technical Sales Engineer you will use a knowledge of Physics, Chemistry or general engineering, as well as experience working with optical, photonics or lab equipment to be successful in this role, with opportunities to progress within the business into roles such as: Team lead, Outside sales or something similar! What’s Required?The ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:
- Sound experience / knowledge with optical, photonics or lab equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service and presentation skills
- Fluency in English is essential, however if you are able to speak German also that would be advantageous, as would a degree within engineering, Physics, Chemistry or similar
