My client is looking for a friendly receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis to begin with but potentially this role will become Permanent for the right candidate.

You will be working at one of Cambridges leading Boarding schools, on the front reception desk where no two days are ever the same. Your day will be varied and will consist of meeting and greeting students, parents/carers, staff, and visitors as well as helping with queries and enquiries. You will carry out basic admin/reception jobs, however primarily this role is very customer service based.

The successful candidate will have great customer service skills and be able to juggle many tasks and keep on top of deadlines. You will need to be willing to support other team members when needed, and show a can do and supportive attitude.

The role is a Job share, therefore is only 2 days per week Monday and Tuesday however other hours may be required in busy periods or to cover holiday. You will get ½ an hour lunch break and during this time you are welcome to a free school meal from the cafeteria.

This role is subject to enhanced DBS check and References will need to be provided at interview stage.
