Anderselite is currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join a prestigious real estate services firm in central Cambridge. This is a permanent position, ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, service-oriented, and ready to be part of a high-performing Front of House team.

As a key member of the team, you will deliver exceptional and personalized service to both occupiers and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience at all times. You'll help create a positive environment within the property, contributing to its reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome and assist occupiers and guests, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
  • Provide 5-star service, handling queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Professionally manage incoming calls and emails.
  • Ensure the Front of House areas are clean, tidy, and presentable.
  • Report and follow up on maintenance issues, coordinating with building contractors as needed.
  • Offer concierge support, including local recommendations for occupiers and guests.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support as required.

Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience in a Front of House or hospitality role.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong IT skills and a collaborative team ethic.

Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in IT and/or hospitality are desirable.
