An excellent opportunity for an experienced Mobile Fabric Engineer / Handyman to join an established facilities maintenance company in Cambridge. You will join the mobile division to ensure all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out on multiple contracts such as; basic electrical experience, legionella, light testing and utilities.

This is a Monday to Friday position working a 40 hour week, there is flexibility with starting times to fit around you.

Requirements:

  • 3 years minimum experience working within a building services sector
  • NVQ / City & Guilds qualification in carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating would be beneficial but not essential
  • Full UK driving license
  • Ability to work independently and proactively

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • To carry out preplanned and reactive maintenance
  • You work may include but not limited to; Changing door locks, skirting board replacement, hanging doors, changing taps, sinks and toilets, painting and decorating
  • To liaise with management and client
  • Work alongside subcontractors and other engineers
