Unique opportunity to join a leading R&D and Manufacturer of high-end furniture, chairs, beds, and mattresses!

Due to company growth our client is looking to bring all Upholstery in-house. This opportunity gives you full autonomy to run all Upholstery onsite whilst working with a growing Product Development Team.

The role itself will sit within the R&D Teams - you will be finalising products pre-manufacture. Due to growth, this opportunity has the potential to step into management and ability to grow a team in the future.

Role: Upholsterer

Salary: 30,000 to 45,000 DoE

Schedule: Monday to Friday 0730 to 1600

Employment Type: Permanent Contract

Must haves,

  • Experience of Upholstery within a manufacturing setting OR product development setting
  • Upholsterer / Upholstery OR Carpentryqualification
  • Hands on furniture build experience, comfortable with hand tools and machinery use
  • Pattern making experience and comfortable with finalising one-off builds
  • Proactive attitude and ability to lead own project
  • MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UK
