Our client is a well-known transport company who have a strong presence across the UK. Due to continued expansion and growth, they are currently looking to expand their teams across Cambridgeshire. They are looking for experienced engineers, fitters and technicians with a background in heavy vehicle maintenance
Role & Responsibilities:
- Carry out repairs, inspections and maintenance on heavy vehicles
- Support on road-side breakdowns
- Work alongside 20+ engineers and support the team
Knowledge, Skills & Experience (essential):
- Have a minimum of NVQ level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance
- Experience working on heavy vehicles- Cranes, HGV, LGV, Buses, Coaches, Farm Vehicles, Plant Machinery, Rail ect.
- Have flexibility around shift/hours
- Full driving license
(Desirable):
- PCV License
- CPC license
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance
Don't worry if you dont have PCV or CPC licenses. if you are willing to grow and learn, you will be supported in acheiving these qualifications while working for the company!
