Maintenance Administrator Facilities Management Fulbourn, Cambridgeshire

Your new employer is a global, market leading Facilities Management organisation, who specialise in providing quality Facilities services to various commercial sites across the UK and the best of the world. They are known for providing excellent training, as well as career progression for their employees, giving them a platform to self-development.

We are looking for a Maintenance Administrator to be responsible for the day to day management of contractual and financial matters across a prestigious contract from their offices in Fulbourn, Cambridgeshire.

Your New Role:

  • Complete the Contract Review pack and attend and actively participate in the monthly review meeting.
  • Assist with the management of the CAFM system.
  • Maintain manual and digital records for audits.
  • Obtain maintenance quotes.
  • Raising and managing work orders and purchase orders.
  • Managing the client quotation platform and drive the regular review meetings.
  • Ensure all work orders have the correct information, financials and are billed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all POs are receipted/ invoiced/ amended as required.
  • Complete monthly billing to client within deadlines.
  • Assist with month end financial reporting and comments.
  • Managing and uploading weekly timesheets.
  • Assist the account manager with Plan/ Forecasting for the upcoming months/ year.
