Role Description

This is a full-time, site based role for a Maintenance Supervisor covering Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas.

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supporting and overseeing a team of responsive operatives.

You will be expected to deliver clear outcomes in reports - covering surveys and post inspections around complaint and disrepair works.

Working alongside the scheduling team, and Repairs and Voids Manager, taking ownership of tasks on a day-to-day basis.

You will deliver key updates to the team to include regular tool box talks, along with completion of weekly health and safety checks.
