Our client maintains and services people carrying vehicles, with multiple depots across the UK. We are currently looking to recruit for various depots across Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire- with roles available at differing levels, shifts and pay. High hourly rates of pay with plenty of overtime opportunities- not to mention a fantastic training and progresison plan that could see you into management.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance and inspection of heavy vehicles
- Work with the other fitters and engineers as a team
- Attend to roadside breakdowns in company vehicle
- Routine diagnostics on systems and engines
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Have experience in maintaining and inspecting heavy vehicles
- Have a qualification in engineering- ideally heavy vehciles
- Have drive to learn and progress with the business
- A background in HGVs, LGVs, Buses, Coaches, Military Vehicles or Heavy Plant
