Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across practical and theoretical sessions in Bricklaying.
- Support and mentor students, helping them achieve their career goals.
- Contribute to curriculum development to ensure courses remain engaging and industry relevant.
- Collaborate with industry professionals to maintain high standards and up-to-date teaching methods.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Industry experience in Bricklaying/Construction.
- A Level 3 vocational qualification in Bricklaying.
- A passion for teaching and inspiring the next generation of tradespeople.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eligibility to receive a levelling up premium payment if you meet specific criteria, potentially adding up to £6,000 per year to your salary.
