My global healthcare client is looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Operative. You will be responsible for providing efficient, consistent and accurate warehousing service for Bioscience and Diagnostic commercial divisions.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure that all pharmaceutical work completed meets full Good Distribution Practice (GDP).

• Receive and check goods inwards, correctly store, accurately process and despatch all product categories.

• Process NIBSC plasma pool and batch samples in an accurate and timely fashion.

• Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are followed.

• Understand and follow the principles of the company’s Quality Management and Business Continuity Systems.

• Ensure that the warehouse is maintained in a neat, clean and tidy state and in accordance with GDP.

• Be available for any out-of-hours working/call outs.

You will have the below skills/experience:

• You have working experience within a warehouse environment.

• You are used to working with IT systems, knowledge of SAP would be a plus. 

• Fork-lift truck driving experience is desirable but if not, training will be given.

• You have availability to travel daily to our facilities in (CB25) and it might be required to travel for training. 

• Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Bioscience and Diagnostic industry will be an advantage. 

• You have the ability to prioritise and work as part of a team. You also have time management skills. 

• You have an eye for detail.

• You have accuracy when picking & checking against batch numbers.
