Are you a Maintenance Technician with an electrical or mechanical background interested in working in Molecular Biology?
My client is recruiting a Maintenance Technician to be responsible for providing electrical and/or mechanical planned and preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance (RM) on all plant systems and services.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will beworking on the electrical and/or mechanical servicing, repairsand undertaking works on behalf of the Estates & Facilities team including supervising external service providers and contractors.
You will require the following:
Good working knowledge of engineering services coupled with a good understanding of all aspects of building maintenance.
An understanding of work-related H&S risks, and how to mitigate against the risks.
Experience in using a BMS system.
An understanding of HVAC systems
£30,000 - £35,000 (plus additional allowance of up to £5k will be considered for exceptional candidates)
Driving Licence
Full equipmenttraining will be provided.
