Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and related equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure safety compliance.
- Work collaboratively with other maintenance staff and departments.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a plumber, ideally in a maintenance role.
- Relevant plumbing certification or licence.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
