We are seeking a Construction Administrator to join our clients' Glasgow team as a Construction administrator. In this pivotal role, you will build strong relationships with team members, sub-contractors, and suppliers while managing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Collate and update weekly site reports.
- - Process documentation and manage equipment orders for site setups.
- - Check timesheets and submit them to the accounts team weekly.
- - Manage stationery orders, boardroom bookings, and meeting presentations.
- - Cover reception duties as needed.
Requirements:
- - Proven experience as an Administrator with strong organisational and communication skills.
- - Proficiency in MS Office and a flexible, proactive approach.
- - Ability to ensure health and safety standards are met.
