We are seeking a Construction Administrator to join our clients' Glasgow team as a Construction administrator. In this pivotal role, you will build strong relationships with team members, sub-contractors, and suppliers while managing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Collate and update weekly site reports.
  • - Process documentation and manage equipment orders for site setups.
  • - Check timesheets and submit them to the accounts team weekly.
  • - Manage stationery orders, boardroom bookings, and meeting presentations.
  • - Cover reception duties as needed.

Requirements:
