Multi-Trader

***MULTI-TRADERS REQUIRED TO WORK ON LOCAL AUTHORITY SCHOOLS/FACILITIES***

One of our Facilities Management contractor clients requires multiple Multi-Traders for an immediate start to work in Shaftesbury on an educational facility. Our client is on the framework for both Dorset & Wiltshire County Councils and the projects will be a mixture of schools, bus stations, council offices, recreational and leisure facilities and non occupied council properties.

Location: Shaftesbury, SP7 
Start Date: 6.08.24
Pay Rate: £160 - £180 per day DOE
Working Hours: 8am to 4pm, Mon to Fri
Payroll Model: Umbrella PAYE or CIS and weekly pay on Fridays
Parking on site is free
Duration: 2-4 years work

Core Duties: Will include painting classrooms, doors, common rooms as well as a bit of basic carpentry, skirtings, architraves etc

Must haves:

*Proven experience of working for social housing, mainstream construction businesses or Facilities Management contractors or Councils directly in Multi-Trader, Handyperson or Painting & Decorating role previously.

*Willingness to commute to other projects in Wiltshire and Dorset after the project in Shaftesbury finishes.

*Own tools , Brushes etc

Nice to Haves: CSCS card and Basic or Enhanced DBS clearance
