Job title: Assistant Facilities Manager
Location: Static site in Bridgwater, Somerset
Terms: Monday to Friday 8;00am to 4:30pm
Salary/rate: Salary is paying between 32,000 to 36,000 Per annum.

About the role: My client is looking for someone who is confident and organised to step up into an assistant facilities manager position. You will be reporting directly into the facilities manager on site with a direct report of 8 employees into yourself. The site you will be based on is a multipurpose grade 1 listed Site in the heart of Bridgwater.
Responsibilities:
- In the absence of the Facilities Services Manager work to ensure the smooth running of all operational areas in conjunction with the front of house manager, including attendance at operational meetings.
- With the support of the senior maintenance technician and team, Embrace, Develop, manage and maintain the standards and service level agreements within the scope of the contract.
- Manage all technical aspects of the buildings and associated plant, including maintenance of TM17 and TM31 logs books via the software provided.
- Undertake self-audits in line with contract requirements for all sites and ensure timely submission/support FSM in monthly reporting.
- Manage all PPM & Reactive maintenance jobs - Monitor, Chase, organise and escalate when required.
