The Best Connection are recruiting x2 trainee accounts admins to join a waste management company based in Cannock withIMMEDIATE STARTSavailable for the right candidates..
These positions are 12 week temp to perm pay rate 12.50per hour rising to 15.00per hour when taken permanent, or if have experience doing this position in the same field.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.
Job duties will include but not limited too:
- Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls.
- Be confident is using computers and have adequate IT skill to use emails, PDF's, In House Software, Excel etc.
- Be self-motivated as will be working independently on the most parts with own set of clients once trained.
- Keep accurate information from client request and be meticulous when delivering this information to collection teamif errors happen due to incorrect timing etc finescould be issued.
- Managingnational accounts across the UK for waste management services.
