Description
- Handle financial tasks including budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting.
- Oversee financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the Accounting & Finance Department with financial analysis and insights.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimise financial performance.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Manage and mentor junior team members where required.
Profile
- Professional accounting qualification CIMA, ACA or ACCA.
- Natural commercial acumen.
- Ability to liaise with senior leaders.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial/Manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
