Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on protection products, including life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs and recommend suitable protection solutions.
- Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Work closely with the administration team to ensure smooth processing of applications and follow-ups.
- Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Protection Advisor or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of protection products and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Relevant qualifications in financial services (e.g., CeMAP, RO5) are desirable but not essential.
