Accounts Administrator - Immediate start.
This is a temporary position - ongoing.
You must be available to start from the 17th of February onwards, interviews will take place week commencing 10th February 2025.
My client is looking for additional support on a temporary basis to help out the Finance function, this is a family run business in the private sector.
You will be looking after invoices for 2 separate business entities, inputting invoices onto SAGE 50, reconciliation, plus any other ad hoc duties within the business.
You MUST be proficient using SAGE 50 and Excel!!!
Working hours are 3 days a week 21 hours, but you will need to be flexible.
Hours 08:45am until 5:15pm
Salary £12.50-13ph.
Location is WS7 Burntwood, parking Available for employees.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent and accurate PC skills with a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Sage 50
- Good communication skills
- Well organised and has good attention to detail
- Continuous improvement - always looking for a better way to do things
- Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
