We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Fabricator to join a leading fenestration company in Cannock.

You will be responsible for all fabrication, inclusive of cutting, machining, beading and gasketing of Aluminium Frames.

Job Overview:

To assist the manufacturing team in all aspects of fabrication of aluminium doors, windows and curtain walling in line with the company’s production schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication, inclusive of cutting, machining, beading and gasketing of Aluminium Frames i.e. Doors, Windows, Curtain Walling systems.
  • To ensure the manufacturing schedule is achieved as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible in order to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Use of various machinery.
  • Perform quality checks on fabricated items to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Operate a clean and organised workstation at all times.
  • Adherence to Health & Safety guidelines.

Key criteria:

  • Aluminium experience in Windows, Doors, Curtain Walling & Door fabrication.
  • Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication processes.

  • Be able to prioritise and organise work efficiently and effectively.
  • Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed in a timely and organised manner.
  • Problem solver and work individually to meet just-in-time production schedules.
  • A positive attitude and ‘can do’ attitude is essential.
  • A keen eye for detail and quality is critical.
