Requirements

  • The successful candidate will be an experienced sales professional from a business development background.
  • Candidates must have a proven track record of winning new business.
  • Must be able to demonstrate skills in both account management and new business
  • Strong relationships builders able to build effective relationships both internally and externally.
  • Good organisation skills required to manage the working day/week to maximise selling time in front of customers
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, honest and a team player promoting the Company at all times. These are the key attributes required in order to demonstrate commitment to the role.
  • A sense of humour.
  • Will be required to liaise with employees across the regional group; therefore must be confident and an excellent team player

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target industries, focusing on top-of-funnel activities such as cold outreach, networking, and lead qualification.
  • Client Meetings: Secure meetings with potential clients to introduce the agency’s capabilities and discuss how their bespoke design solutions can meet client needs.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with a technical expert to present customized solutions and assist in closing deals.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Target Achievement: Focus on generating opportunities for projects with minimum deal values
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales activity and pipeline, providing regular updates to leadership on progress and opportunities.
