Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Time: 9am - 5pm (Some flexibility)

Innov8 Agency Ltd are proud to be recruiting a Full time Sales executive (German speaking) for our award winning international equipment and IT automation manufacture and supplier client.

The business is a global supplier including UK, Europe, and USA for Industrial Automation Products was founded in Staffordshire in 2017 with offices in Portugal and USA.

The business supplies well recognised manufactures and brands such as: Siemens, Mitsubishi, Baumuller, GE Fanuc, and many more.

Due to extensive and sustainable growth and expansion they are looking to expand the team around their 4 International sites (UK, Portugal & USA)

Role outline:

Working alongside the director, and team leader you will be responsible for sales of a wide range of products, parts and machinery.

The primary responsibility of this role is to handle client accounts, generate new leads and schedule appointments within a vibrant and international sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and dealing with enquiries by phone and through the website using a CRM system.
  • Proactively following up with every inquiry for best possible opportunities to receive the business from our clients.
  • Cold calling and outbound calls
  • Calling and developing existing customer base.
  • Managing customer accounts.
  • To make on average 50 calls per day with customers to continue developing accounts and relationships.
  • Continue to Grow and Expand market worked on.
  • Meet and exceed assigned targets.
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various sources such as databases, online research, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Inbound Calls: to prospective clients to introduce our products or services and assess their needs and interest.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for the sales team based on their availability and the prospect’s preferences.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain a follow-up schedule to nurture leads that are not yet ready to commit to an appointment, and update CRM systems with accurate information.
  • Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, appointments, and lead details in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, international sites and global partners to ensure that appointments are well-prepared for and meet the needs of both the client and the sales representative.

Essential requirements

  • German speaking (conversational or Intermediate level) is a must - Multi-lingual (English & German)
  • Previous experience in a similar sales role and industry
  • Confidence on the phone essential.
  • Presentation and pitching skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persistence and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent or relevant education.
  • Experience of working towards sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
  • Self-starter with a strong mentality and results-oriented attitude
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and an analytical approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Great Client/ customer relationship ethos - exceeding customers’ expectations.
  • Able to work independently and manage own diary
  • Can-do attitude and a great team player.
  • Driver and own car (preferred)
