Job Title: Senior Property Valuer/Assistant Branch Manager/Sales Manager (dependent on person)Location: CannockBasic Salary: Up to £30,000(depending on experience)OTE: £45,000+ UncappedAn award winning, multi-branch, rapidly growing, and highly reputable estate agents is in need of an experienced Valuer.Known for their culture, training, development, and many, MANY perks, our clients is ready to provide a very stable and supportive home and environment for the right candidate.This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Cannock office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday (lieu days applicable).The Role Involves:
- Property valuations
- Pre and post data capture and reporting
- Touting and business generation
- Management of existing sales team and support system
- KPI targets exceeded
