We’re looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to join us as we embark on the next stage of our journey. This is a rare opportunity to lead on every aspect of our activities relating to growth, including marketing, brand, lead generation, pricing, strategic partnerships, sales and account management.

Job Purpose, Tasks and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Setting the growth strategy for the current and future domestic and international markets.
  • Commercial data analysis, including looking at market trends, competitors, and the efficiency and performance of current activities and channels.
  • Leading revenue generating teams including management of strategic partners against SLAs and driving existing channels.
  • Collaborating with finance, product and operations teams on pricing and business models.
  • Overseeing the performance and efficiency of the marketing, sales, and account management teams
  • Managing large budgets and the allocation of resources to get maximum value and efficiency

You will be working on a wide range of workstreams and managing the budgets to make these a success. You will be able to implement your ideas to bring in new revenue from new areas we are yet to explore both nationally and internationally.

This is a fast-paced position in an ever-changing environment, and you will need to keep up with changes and be able to think outside the box.

You will be expected to be ambitious and work to tight deadlines whilst also managing teams to drive revenue. You will be expected to learn about our courses and products in detail and not be afraid to be on the front line and lead by example.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, new channels, marketing, branding and partnerships.
  • A proven track record of growing revenue through share of market and share of wallet
  • Significant experience in managing strategic partnerships
  • Ability to develop and execute strategy whilst managing the detail of operational delivery and implementation.
  • Experience of managing and understanding digital marketing
  • A genuine commitment as a leader to developing and nurturing teams, with a collaborative approach and emotional intelligence

To be successful in this role, it would be great if you have:

  • Strong experience in international business development and market expansion
  • Experience using CRM systems, data analytics tools to forecast, track and optimise sales performance
