We are looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their vibrant team - The purpose of the position is to assist the part sales, customer accounts and warehouse function to deliver great service and increase revenue.
The main duties of this role are
- Handling customer enquiries and building relationships
- Receive and process parts orders
- Raise quotes and invoice
- Schedule maintenance and services
- Engage with existing and lapsed customers, to promote service packages and warranties
- Co ordinate deliveries and general administration tasks
The Ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience
- Experience of working within the Hire / Service sector , parts sales or working with machinery.
- B2B experience within a sales / account management role and a strong customer service background
- Forward thinking with a positive mind set and can handle objections
- Excellent organisation, works well under pressure and in a team environment.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Excel
