Job description

FULL TIME SALES MANAGER

LOCATION: Unit 3 Venture Centre, Green Lane, Cannock, WS11 0JJ

SALARY: £25,480

HOURS: 35 hours per week working on a shift pattern covering our opening hours of 09.00 to 17.30 pm Monday to Saturdays, Sundays 10.00 - 16.00

Week 1 - 5 day week 38 hours - Wednesday / Thursday Off

Week 2 - 4 day week 32 hours - Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Off

Week 3 - rotate week 1 and so on ...

We are recruiting a store manager , the role inolves overseeing all aspects of the showroom and warehouse.

The manager will be required to be a Keyholder - opening and closing the store.

The Manager will work closely with company directors and staff, in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the company.

The manager is expected to Lead, motivate and inspire the team to deliver both high levels of customer service and sales figures.

The manager is expected to resolve customer issues and queries effectively, both face to face and via telephone.

Maximising daily sales, and ensuring stock levels are kept to comapny needs and pricing is checked on a regular basis. Good keyboard skills are essential.

What we are looking for:

A trust worthy, reliable people friendly manager who leads from the front and has a proven track record in retail sales and managment.

You will be expected to have experience in leading a sales and service focused team who achieve sales targets and KPI’s, as well as having a track record of recruiting, developing and retaining team that deliver excellent customer service.

You will also need to be flexible in your approach to work to cover additional hours where required and be willing to cover others on occasion to meet needs of the business.

A full driving licence is preferred but not essential.

There is a physical element in the role, unloading/ loading stock from and onto vehicles and limited warehouse work, so it is essential you are able to lift heavy objects and meet these requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £14.00 per hour
