You will become part of a close-knit team, undertaking a variety of duties to support the Maintenance Manager. This role offers the chance to grow and take on responsibilities in training and leading others.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a multi-skilled engineering role with an electrical bias, preferably holding an 18th edition qualification. Responsibilities will include maintaining plant equipment and building facilities.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance on all plant, machinery, and facilities to ensure efficient operation.
  • Install and commission new and existing equipment as required.
  • Execute planned preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
  • Support facility-related tasks as needed.
  • Report directly to the Maintenance Manager, highlighting any issues for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the plant operates in compliance with standards and relevant legislation.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role and hold relevant electrical qualifications or 18th Edition
  • A valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Possessing a forklift or MEWP license is advantageous
  • A can-do and willing attitude
  • Willing to take on a variation of duties dependant on business needs
