My client is a fast-growing fee-free mortgage broker located in Cannock, Staffordshire, offering access to over 74 lenders.
They are seeking passionate individuals with exceptional customer service skills and ideally a sales background, though a finance background is not required.
This role provides the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in the mortgage industry, with support to become a qualified Advisor through CeMAP exams.
The position offers a flexible working pattern, requiring two weekends out of four, with working hours from 10.30am to 6.30pm on weekdays and 10am to 5.30pm on weekends.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should ideally have at least some experience in customer service or sales.

Key Responsibilities

You will have the exciting opportunity to:

Liaise with customers, taking information and assessing them financially
Give an overview of mortgages and products available to the client
Work closely with National House Builders to create a tailor-made package suitable for the client’s needs.

Overall Responsibility

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team. You will work in a busy environment, answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to provide information on mortgage-related queries. This is the perfect start to your advising career, with the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in the industry. This is before starting your CeMAP exams. Once qualified, we have numerous adviser opportunities within the business to help you take your career to the next level.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and the drive to go above and beyond to secure business. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to its continued growth and development. A finance background is not necessary; all training and guidance will be provided to help you succeed.

Working hours

We believe in a healthy work-life balance. We offer a flexible working pattern, and the office is open 7 days a week, allowing you to work when it suits you best. You will work 2 weekends out of 4, both Saturday and Sunday, and you will have 2 days off during the week. Working hours are:

10.30am-6.30pm Mon-Fri
10.30 am-6 pm Fri
10 am-5.30 pm weekends
