Hays Senior Finance are working exclusively with this owner management engineering company to help them find a Finance Manager on a permanent basis.
Your new role
They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare management accounts for three companies within the group.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee cash flow management, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
- Manage monthly payroll.
- Supervise and manage one team member.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Experience with Sage accounting system (desirable).
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Ideally, you must be immediately available to start the job or on a shorter notice period.
