The Role:
The Sales Support Executive will play a crucial role in the sales team.
- Develop and execute sales plans in collaboration with the team
- Coordinate with the Key Account Manager through regular meetings
- Conduct proactive outbound calls for customer engagement and prospecting
- Manage and schedule appointments for the Design and Specification Consultant, including preparation of samples and reports
- Handle post-appointment tasks such as quote preparation and scheduling follow-ups
- Maintain and update the Hubspot pipeline with the Design and Specification Consultant
- Generate sales reports for internal management review
- Support other Key Account Managers and Design and Specification Consultants as needed
