Vehicle Sales Administrator

£27,000 Basic salary plus Bonus £2000

Brownhills

Monday to Friday (40 hrs)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Motor / Vehicle sales Administrator to join our clients award-winning dealership in Burtnwood.

You will be responsible for a range of administration duties from warranty paperwork to vehicle administration and order processing, as well and maintaining sales stock lists and assisting with vehicles for sale.

Duties will include:

  • Generating Sales & Purchase invoices
  • Scanning documents
  • Compliance auditing
  • Telephone answering
  • Preparing work orders for our Service Department
  • Administering warranty documents to the Manufacturers requirements
  • Creating new customer accounts on the Dealer Management system
  • Registering new vehicles & taxing previously owned vehicles
  • Placing stationery orders for the Company
  • Producing customer handover forms for delivery
  • Support others around the business by performing to the best of your ability,

Required knowledge:

  • Previous experience in the Motor Trade is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience using Drive/Kerridge/Keyloop and an electric filing system is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Candidates will be well organised and accurate with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Competency in numeracy and literacy
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Team player
