Vehicle Sales Administrator
£27,000 Basic salary plus Bonus £2000

Monday to Friday (40 hrs)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Motor / Vehicle sales Administrator to join our clients award-winning dealership in Burtnwood.
You will be responsible for a range of administration duties from warranty paperwork to vehicle administration and order processing, as well and maintaining sales stock lists and assisting with vehicles for sale.
Duties will include:
- Generating Sales & Purchase invoices
- Scanning documents
- Compliance auditing
- Telephone answering
- Preparing work orders for our Service Department
- Administering warranty documents to the Manufacturers requirements
- Creating new customer accounts on the Dealer Management system
- Registering new vehicles & taxing previously owned vehicles
- Placing stationery orders for the Company
- Producing customer handover forms for delivery
- Support others around the business by performing to the best of your ability,

Required knowledge:
- Previous experience in the Motor Trade is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using Drive/Kerridge/Keyloop and an electric filing system is preferred.
- Strong computer skills
- Candidates will be well organised and accurate with the ability to work to deadlines
- Competency in numeracy and literacy
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Team player
