Our Client is an independent provider of managed print, document, and IT services throughout the UK. 

Trainee Field Service Technician - £23,000-£24,000 Per Annum (Company Car once Trained and progressed into the experienced role)

Experienced Field Service Technician - £28,000 Per Annum + Company Car

Role Description

As the Field Service Technician you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues on printers, copiers, and other office equipment. 

Experience as a Field Service Technician for the Trainee Role is not Essential, whereas, experience working in the Managed Prnt industry is required for the Experienced role.

  • Experience in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues on printers, copiers, and other office equipment
  • Understanding of network protocols and network installation
