Duties of a Lead Process Engineer Automotive EV Electrification

  • Responsible for the complete life cycle project management
  • Design and develop activities to integrate and mange new and existing EV related projects
  • Liaising with engineers and other departments
  • Select the appropriate components, materials and place orders and manage lead times
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Conduct meetings - deliver information and communicate well

Experience required for a Lead Process Engineer Automotive EV Electrification

  • Strong background in electrical drive systems, project management and team leadership
  • Mechanical background with an appreciation for safety and compliance
  • Experience in managing multiple live projects
  • The lead process engineer will be an integral part of the team
  • Assist with the programme and project management plans for internal and customer facing projects
  • Manufacturing and engineering background will be an advantage
