Kingscroft have been asked to recruit for Claims Handlers to work for a well-established and successful claims handling business. As the ideal candidate you will be confident in dealing directly with policy holders and insurers for specialist claims on bikes and cycling equipment.

As the successful candidate with a love of everything cycling you will be fully trained and your skills developed on claims handling workflow and insurance practices. Our client is looking for product and sector knowledge and can develop the rest you may have worked in bike sales , bike maintenance or just love to spend your time on 2 wheels or with your nose stuck in an industry magazine and want to change to this exciting company.

Your duties will involve:

Working in a product specialist call handling team dealing with cycling equipment insurance claims
Receive incoming calls and record all the relevant information on the insurance claim
Explore the scope of the claim fully with the policy holder
Complete all administration and follow up actions to close outstanding claims

This is an ideal opportunity to play a key role for a successful and expanding business. You will receive a good basic salary and have the chance to expand your earnings through delivering quality and quick turnaround on customers claims. Basic is 22-24K with an OTE of 24-30K with successful handlers earning in excess of 35K . The company operate a hybrid working policy.
