FRS are recruiting a Finance Assistant to work for a construction business based on the South outskirts of Cannock.
This role will be a mixed bag of finance work but also including working on the weighbridge from time to time. Experience isn't essential as full training can be provided on this but essentially it’s taking weights of incoming vehicles & then processing that info onto the relevant computer system!
This is an urgent hire and my clients is interviewing immediately!
Duties Will Include
- Supporting with paperwork and administration duties
- Providing reports
- Answering team emails
- Using bespoke software
- General administration duties
- Inputting data onto computer systems
- Inputting PODs (proof of delivery) details onto bespoke systems
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet all internal and external customer requirements/expectations
- Communicating with customers and suppliers to maintain good relationships
- Dealing with customer and supplier queries
