An innovative and long standing firm is seeking to appoint a senior commercial property solicitor into its Cannock office on a full-time basis. This position offers hybrid working, free parking and a favourable pension and bonus scheme.Â
The firm/team
This reputable Legal 500 firm is looking for a forward thinking and dynamic commercial property solicitor with around 2-4 years’ experience. You will be the only member of the team based at Cannock but would have the support of six other members across other offices. The firm works completely paperless and has an excellent system in place to enable you to do this!
The roleÂ
As a commercial property solicitor in this team, you will work on a range of transaction for a diverse client base to include but not limited to;
- Acquisition and disposal of retail pharmacies
- Lease and lease renewals
- Agricultural land and buildings
- Development work
Your role will also include assisting in the growth and development of the Cannock commercial property offering.
The person
To be considered you’ll have at least 2 years’ PQE but ideally 4 years, a strong academic profile and good commercial awareness. Strong ties to the Cannock area would be preferred.Â
