Your new roleAs a Mechanical Estimator you will play a pivotal role in our continued success. You'll be responsible for accurately estimating costs for mechanical projects, ensuring competitive bids, and contributing to our growth. Key Responsibilities

• Estimating:Collaborate with project managers and engineers to analyse project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents. Prepare detailed mechanical estimates, considering labour, materials, and subcontractor costs.
• Risk Assessment:Evaluate risks and opportunities associated with each project. Provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Tender Preparation:Develop competitive tenders that align with project requirements and client expectations.
• Relationship Building:Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and industry partners.
• Documentation:Maintain accurate records, ensuring transparency and compliance.

What you'll need to succeedExperience:Proven track record in mechanical estimating within the construction industry.

• Skills:Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Qualifications:Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field.
