Your Role
As an SEN Primary Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with SEN.
Assess and monitor progress, creating individual education plans (IEPs) where needed.
Foster a safe and positive learning environment that promotes independence and confidence.
Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to provide holistic support.
Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective home-school collaboration.
