Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Administrator with customs experience to support our client in the Cannock area. The ideal candidate will need to have some understanding of customs regulations and procedures, excellent administrative skills, and a proactive attitude.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process customs documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with customs authorities and freight forwarders to resolve any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customs transactions and filings.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics and supply chain teams.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
  • Assist in preparing reports and analyses related to customs activities.
  • Stay updated with changes in customs laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Handle inquiries and provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding customs matters.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline customs processes and improve efficiency.
