Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Private Client Paralegal to join our expanding team within a well-established multi-service law firm based in Cannock. This is a full-time office-based position where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of private client matters, providing invaluable support to clients and the wider team.

Main Tasks & Duties:

As a Private Client Paralegal, you will be involved in a range of responsibilities to support the team, including:

  • Attending client meetings and preparing detailed attendance notes
  • Liaising with clients to arrange meetings and keep them updated on case progress
  • Assisting with and progressing the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney
  • Assisting with the preparation of Probate Applications
  • Managing the progression of matters, including drafting correspondence to clients on Wills and LPA matters, and supporting Estate administration

Expected Financial Target: £80,000 - £100,000
