About the Role:
As a Production Supervisor, you will manage a team of 5 Operator A Team Leaders, overseeing a total of 25 team members. You will be responsible for ensuring the team meets production, safety, quality, and delivery targets within a fast-paced assembly environment.  Play a critical role in driving performance, fostering teamwork, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Operator A Team Leaders to deliver on safety, quality, and production targets.
- Monitor daily production plans and adjust team deployment as needed.
- Oversee performance through hourly reviews, manage any production issues, and escalate where necessary.
- Facilitate shift handovers and daily meetings to promote communication and collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to lean manufacturing principles, such as 5S, standardized work, and OEE improvements.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in managing teams in an automotive manufacturing setting, particularly in assembly areas.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement techniques (5S, Lean, 8D problem-solving).
- Proven ability to motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong communication skills.
