They have a world class team, industry leading next generation automation solutions and are set to grow exponentially over the coming three to five years with exciting career opportunities for its high performers.

The Role

Reporting to the Engineering Director, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of specific advanced automation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

The role will play a critical role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing customer relationships, and driving continuous improvement in our project management processes. The scope of the role will be automotive automation programs, where it will be necessary to use high level technical and people skills to manage customer programmes from design concept stage through to the installation and commissioning of automated assembly equipment and associated Tooling.

The Person

With a proven background in leading Automotive based projects and ideally with a knowledge of Automation or Robotics based production and assembly lines, the Project Manager will have the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams while maintaining a strong commercial awareness and customer facing persona in order to deliver on their requirements while meeting internal cost and timing parameters.

As Project Manager you will lead and manage all facets of the commercial and technical project inputs and be a key member of the Programmes team to deliver against some large projects into international blue chip customers.
