An opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Commercially driven individual to join a West Midlands based Residential Groundworks Business on their commercial team. The client has had continual growth and is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business. With a turnover of £100m and multiple projects in the pipeline for 2025 working with some of the largest Housebuilding and Civil Engineering companies in the UK.
Duties:
Optimising contract profitability
Provide quotations to clients for variations
Accurate monthly cost and value reports
All other daily tasks performed by a Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
Assistant Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks or other relevant fields
Time management skills and meeting deadlines
A Degree in Quantity Surveying or an associated discipline
Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Remuneration:
Up to £30,000
