Property Manager

A fantastic opportunity for an organised and experienced Property Manager to join a growing,  leading multi branch Estate Agent within their offices in Cannock. My clients have an impressive managed portfolio which has led them to being a leading Midlands name in lettings. Property Manager– Package

• Basic salary is very much dependent on experience but in the region of £26-27,000
• Bonus earning potential on top of basic of another £2500
• Sponsored ARLA qualifications

You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service at all times, liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors. Specific properties will be assigned to you to and the management of them will include key responsibilities of:Property Manager – Duties

• Administrating new tenancy agreements, extensions / renewals
• Protection of the tenant deposit taken, and dealing with deposit release
• Facilitating tenants check-in and check-out
• Notifying utility companies, council and the like of a new tenant
• Resolving rental arrears
• Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure all maintenance works are carried out in good time and to an excellent standard
• Organisation of safety certification and any remedial works
• Reporting to landlords with feedback of property inspections
• Ensure all mandatory compliance / legislation is in place on all properties
• Ensure all management systems are accurate and kept up to date and maintained

Property Manager – Experience Needed:

• You’re naturally organised and have meticulous attention to detail.
• Your have a calm attitude under pressure and maintain your professionalism at all
• You have excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience working within a busy office as a Property Manager is desirable, and being ARLA qualified a distinct advantage.
