Experienced Branch Manager required for an incredibly exciting opportunity.

One of the most established, highly regarded and successful estate agency firms and a client that I know well and have a fantastic working relationship with are looking for an experienced estate agent for a new office in Staffordshire.

This will be a full 360 degree role and you must be a forward thinking, pro-active estate agent who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and really making things happen. You must be a motivational leader who can inspire those around them and lead by example. You will have a high degree of autonomy and have overall responsibility for the branch, whilst receiving full support and guidance from Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of estate agents and administrative staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support for team members to achieve their individual and collective goals.

2.Property Valuation:

  • Conduct property valuations with a keen understanding of market trends.
  • Ensure accurate and competitive property pricing.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the local property market.

3.Sales:

  • Oversee the sales processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

4.Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets.
  • Monitor financial performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Implement cost-effective measures to enhance profitability.

5.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Set, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators for the team and office.
  • Implement strategies to improve KPI performance and overall efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in estate agency management, with a track record of successful team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of property valuation.
  • Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
