The Job Role:
- Working as a 360 Consultant
- Business Development and Selling our services B2B
- Building Client relationships
- Visiting clients and managing their accounts
- Recruiting HGV / LGV and Van drivers
- Carrying out all transport compliance tasks such as WTD and Licence Checks
- Knowledge of current transport legislation
- A good understanding of IR35
- Face to face interviews carried out with candidates
- Successfully placing the right people into the right jobs
- Data Entry and Administration
Requirements:
- Sales experience would be preferred but not essential
- Experience in dealing with people face to face or solid customer service skills essential
- Commitment to provide a first-class service to our clients and candidates
- A self-assured, confident and outgoing professional who is committed to learn and succeed
- Confident personality and ability to talk to people at all levels
- A self-starter with a motivated and tenacious approach is important
- Must be self motivated, work under pressure and be a multi tasker
- An engaging personality - a positive attitude and great sense of humour is key!
- A full UK driving licence or currently learning to drive is essential
