The Job Role:
- Working as a 360 consultant
- Business development and selling our services B2B
- Building client relationships
- Visiting clients and managing their accounts
- Resourcing candidates using or in-house database as well as popular job boards
- Face-to-face interviews carried out with candidates
- Successfully placing the right people into the right jobs
Requirements:
- Sales experience would be preferred
- Experience in dealing with people face to face or solid customer service skills essential
- Commitment to provide a first-class service to our clients and candidates
- A self-assured, confident and outgoing professional who is committed to learn and succeed
- Confident personality and ability to talk to people at all levels
- A self-starter with a motivated and tenacious approach is important
- An engaging personality a positive attitude and a great sense of humour is key!
- A full UK driving licence or currently learning to drive is essential
